ShootEstate helps you upload property photos, request AI edits and create listing pages. Keep a separate copy of your source photos. The service may be interrupted and editing times vary; no specific completion time or sale outcome is promised.
Use an account you control. Upload only photos and information you are entitled to use, edit and publish. You retain your rights in your content and authorize the processing and storage needed to provide the service, including the providers described in the privacy notice.
AI edits can be inaccurate. Review every result against the original before using it. You are responsible for the accuracy of your marketing and any disclosures required by your listing service. Do not use edits to conceal property damage or misrepresent permanent features. Keep virtual-staging labels when using staged images.
Prices are displayed in USD or CAD before checkout. Edit bundles are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Credits can be used across your listings and do not expire. Each new Tidy, staging or written-tweak generation uses one credit. Reviewing or selecting a result uses no credit. Confirmed failed edits return the reserved credit; uncertain results require investigation before another generation.
Your listing is private until you publish it. Changes are not reflected publicly until you update the published listing. You can hide the page. Public recipients may retain copies after a listing is hidden.
Contact help@shootestate.com for support, payment questions, refund requests or account deletion. Do not share your password, payment details or provider credentials in support messages.
We may suspend access used to upload unlawful content, interfere with other accounts, evade payment or misuse the service. Contact support about access problems. Changes to prices apply to future purchases. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Refund eligibility is described in the refund policy.
